We Take Trades and Used Mobile Homes

We take trades on modular homes in BC! If you own anything that you would like to trade-in on a purchase of a new home, then we are listening. And remember, a trade-in goes directly towards the down payment of the house. For example, if you trade in your existing boat for, say, $5,000, then that would be your 5% of a $100,000 purchase, or 10% of a $50,000 home, which more than satisfies the bank's and CMHC's requirement for down payment (in Canada). We are always looking for vehicles, boats, RVs, campers, newer and used mobile homes, or whatever else...
