The warranty program is designed exclusively for new manufactured homes. Moduline Industries provides coverage for all defects in materials, workmanship and structure that manifest during the first year of ownership.

Moduline Industries also provides a Warranty Insurance Policy that extends coverage for major structural defects to a full ten years from the date of possession.

What warranty coverage do I have during the first year?
Moduline Industries guarantees your new home for all defects in materials and workmanship for the first year of possession.

What about years two through ten?
During this term, Warranty Insurance covers your home for any major structural defects. This warranty covers structural defects to the load-bearing portion of your home including the:

• Roof Rafters and Trusses
• Sub Floor Structure
• Exterior Roof
• Exterior Walls
• Interior Walls
  
• Side and End Wall Construction
• Interior Ceilings

What are some of the things not covered?
Site preparation, transportation caused defects, skirting defects, homeowner supplied workmanship or materials

When does my warranty begin and what proof do I have?
At the time of possession, you and your sales representative will perform an inspection and complete the possession checklist. A copy of this is sent to Pacific Home Warranty Insurance Services Inc. whereupon an individual warranty certificate and warranty card is issued to you. Coverage is effective on the completion date. This individual Warranty Insurance Certificate outlines all of the coverage and conditions of your warranty.

What if I sell my manufactured home?
If you sell your home, you may transfer your plan to the buyer - with the assurance of continuous protection for the remainder of the contract term. The warranty can add significantly to the value of your home!

Reporting a claim is as simple as dialing a toll-free number. You will receive complete details and telephone numbers with your contract.
